10 YEAR WARRANTY
BreadSmart by Tupperware comes with a 10 year warranty when ordered through Global Shop Direct. Global Shop Direct warrants this product is free of manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers faults such as splitting, chipping, cracking, warping, stress cracks, or breaking arising from a manufacturing defect or from normal domestic use. Products are replaced under this warranty by our Customer Service department. The guarantee does not cover staining and stickiness, scratching or melting, heat damage, damage from dropping or chewing caused by an animal.
Should any such defect develop or become evident within 10 years from the date of purchase, Global Shop Direct will replace the entire product or, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) without charge or, provide a refund for the product price. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions. You must keep your proof of purchase to submit to Global Shop Direct should you need to utilise this warranty. Return postage at customer's expense. Statutory rights still apply.
